Grievance Redressal
Best In Warangal is a digital news publisher. In line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 ("IT Rules, 2021"), we provide this grievance redressal mechanism for concerns about content published on bestinwarangal.com.
1. Our Grievance Officer
Under Rule 11 of the IT Rules, 2021, we have appointed a Grievance Officer based in India to receive and address your complaints:
- Published by: Chethan
- Grievance Officer: chethan
- Email: chethan@bestinwarangal.com
2. What you can complain about
- Content you believe violates the Code of Ethics in the IT Rules, 2021 (for example, content affecting the sovereignty and integrity of India, security of the state, public order, or decency and morality).
- Content you believe infringes your rights — including defamation, privacy violations, or copyright infringement.
- Requests for correction, clarification, credit or removal of published material.
- Concerns about how we handle your personal data (see our Privacy Policy).
3. How to file a grievance
Write to the Grievance Officer at the email address above, and include:
- Your full name and contact details.
- The exact URL(s) of the content concerned.
- A clear description of the grievance and the specific provision or right you believe is violated.
- Any supporting material (screenshots, documents, or proof of ownership where relevant).
- The remedy you are seeking (correction, removal, response, or other).
4. What happens next
- Acknowledgement. We will acknowledge your grievance within 24 hours of receiving it.
- Decision. We will decide on the grievance and communicate the decision within 15 days of receiving it, as required under the IT Rules, 2021.
- Action. Where we find the complaint justified, we will correct, update, block or remove the content as appropriate, and inform you of what was done.
5. Escalation
If you are dissatisfied with our decision, the IT Rules, 2021 provide for escalation to the self-regulating body for digital news publishers and thereafter to the oversight mechanism of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. Details of the applicable self-regulating body will be added here once our membership is confirmed.
6. Urgent matters
For urgent requests — for example, content that poses an immediate risk to safety or involves the non-consensual publication of private information — mark your email subject line "URGENT" and we will prioritise it.
7. Good-faith use
Please use this mechanism responsibly. Vexatious, repetitive or bad-faith complaints may be closed without further action after one response.
